Global warranty typically covers the repair or replacement of hardware failures, but excludes damages caused by software support, human errors, or natural disasters. The service country scope is limited by product models, depending on regional accessory inventory.
2. Service network & process
Mi·An has established authorized service centers or cooperative outlets worldwide to provide localized maintenance support.
Customers are required to provide purchase documents (such as invoices, warranty cards, etc.), product serial numbers, and proof of Customs clearance.
3. Accessories & technical support
Mi·An establishes a global spare parts inventory to ensure the rapid allocation of spare parts required for maintenance. However, in fact, some products are difficult to achieve universal parts due to differences in specifications, resulting in limited maintenance.
Technical support often includes remote anlysis, on-site repair or shipping services.
