Parts used for mold core




1. Guide pillars (edge nails, GP, positioning pins DP) can be divided into ordinary guide pillars (straight edges) and supported guide pillars (supporting edges), which play a role in positioning and guiding, ensuring that various mechanisms are positioned and guided during operation. The general hardness is HRC58~62.

2. Guide sleeve (embryo sleeve) - can be divided into straight sleeve (BB sleeve) and torus (BA sleeve), which play a positioning and guiding role and are used together with guide columns. Top post (EP/RP, return pin, return post, return pin) - Keep the top pin plate moving smoothly and ensure that the top pin returns to its original position.

3. The middle guide pillar (middle GP needle plate edge, EGP) is used for positioning the top needle plate, supporting the weight of the top needle plate, making the ejection and recovery smoother, and ensuring that the top needle can correctly and vertically eject the product.

4. Middle guide sleeve (middle BA, EGP) - used together with the middle guide column, the use of the middle guide sleeve design makes the positioning of the top needle plate more accurate.

5. Pull rod (water outlet edge, SP) - supports the weight of the upper mold and limits the travel between the upper clamping plate (fixed mold panel), water outlet plate, and A-plate.

6. Retaining ring (nozzle meson) - fixed at the end of the pull rod, its function is to limit the travel distance of the upper clamp plate, nozzle plate, and A-plate, and prevent the A-plate from falling off

7. The sprue sleeve (spout) is a component connected to the injection molding machine, through which plastic material is injected into the mold. The general hardness is HRC53~58, which is the main channel of the mold pouring system.

8. Positioning ring (flange) - used for easy alignment and positioning of molds and beer machines. The ejector pin pushes the finished product out of the mold core to achieve the purpose of demolding.

9. Cylinder (top pipe) - used to push the finished product out of the mold core, with the same function as a top needle but generally used for demolding cylindrical products with fine holes in the center.

10. Cylinder needle - used for forming column holes in products and used in conjunction with the driver cylinder, not for demolding purposes.

11. Support head (SP) - supports B plate to reduce deformation caused by compression during injection molding.

12. Garbage nail (ST) - supports the top needle plate and prevents garbage from accumulating on it due to its small area, causing unevenness or deformation of the top needle plate.

13. Water hole - used for effective cooling of the mold to maintain the mold temperature within a certain range.

14. Throat - installed on the mold water hole to connect the cooling water pipe of the beer machine, usually made of brass.
